Because of this continued non-response, the Tribunal stated that it was constrained to take further action.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">What is a Bailable Warrant in This Case<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Due to the lack of response, the Tribunal issued a <strong>bailable warrant against the District Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar<\/strong>. It also directed the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) to ensure the presence of the district magistrate on the next date of hearing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In simple terms, this means the officer is required to appear before the tribunal unless the order is complied with before that date.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Relief Given by the Tribunal<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Tribunal clarified that if the earlier order were complied with, the District Magistrate would not be required to appear.
