Fee Structure:
We follow a transparent fee model depending on the sum in dispute.
1. Disputes Below Rs.10 Lakhs
- Rs. 15,000/- to be paid for each step as required.
- Plus 10% of the sum in dispute, payable on disposal
2. Disputes Between Rs.10 Lakhs – Rs. 50 Lakhs
- 10% of the sum in dispute, payable on disposal
- Inclusive of all expenses for all forums/courts, payable advance
3. Disputes Between Rs. 50 Lakhs – Rs. 75 Lakhs
- 7.5% of the sum in dispute, payable on disposal
- Inclusive of all expenses for all forums/courts, payable advance
4. Disputes Between Rs.75 Lakhs – Rs.1 Crore onwards.
- 5% of the sum in dispute, payable on disposal
- Inclusive of all expenses for all forums/courts, payable advance
Onboarding Process
We follow a four-step onboarding workflow to ensure accuracy, clarity, and preparedness before initiating any legal action.
Step 1: Primary Call and Understanding of Query
A preliminary call is conducted to understand the issue and identify the appropriate legal remedy.
Step 2: Document Sharing
After the primary discussion, the client is requested to share relevant documents.
- For fresh matters: consultation is free.
- For existing/ongoing cases: Rs. 2,500 is charged to examine the complete existing case file and previous proceedings.
Step 3: Concrete Legal Opinion after Examination
Upon reviewing the documents, we provide a detailed Legal Opinion outlining:
- Step-wise procedure
- Obligations and responsibilities
- Expense breakup
- Expected relief
- Tentative timeline
Step 4: Detailed Consultation with Legal Head
A comprehensive call is scheduled with the Legal Head, Adv. Mandeep Singh, to discuss the legal strategy, risk factors, expectations, and the way forward.
