Our Fee Structure:

RERA / Consumer Forum:

Expenses

1. Rs.35,000/- advance for the 1st year
2. Rs.25,000/- advance from the 2nd year onwards

 

Fee:
1. 5% of the cost of disputed delayed period compensation, in case of possession  (payable on disposal)
2. 5% of the total recovery amount in case of refund, payable once received

DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal):

1. Rs.55,000/- advance for the 1st year
2. Rs.35,000/- from the 2nd year onwards

High Court:

-1. Writ Petition: Rs.45,000/- (inclusive of all)
2.  Contempt Petition: Rs.45,000/- + Listing expenses + fee

REAT (RERA Appellate Tribunal):

– Rs.55,000/-  till disposal of Appeal (inclusive of all)

Title Search Report:

A Title Search is a detailed legal verification of ownership history and encumbrances on a property, ensuring that the title is clear before purchase or transfer.
– Fee: Rs.5,500/- (for single residential unit)

– fee will be quoted for other properties

Special Cases: When Unit cost is less than 10 lakhs

1. RERA Complaint – till Judgement
   – Rs.15,000/- (advance)
   – Additional Rs.15,000/- to be paid for further steps as required

2. Criminal Case (same as RERA fees)
   – Rs.15,000/- Filing & Contesting

3. Fee
   – Rs.10% of the total recovery amount (payable once received)
